 2. Preparing Your Stuff Ahead of Time

Prepare the stuff that you usually use while working out. Do it in the evening, before going to bed so that the following morning you could get out of your warm and cozy bed at your usual hour. You’ll then not need to set the alarm 10 minutes earlier. Put things such as gym clothes, keys, sneakers and headphones closer to your bed. The very next morning you will take them and go exercising. You might want try and sleep in your gym clothes to see whether you are ok with such an idea. What a shame it will be to take off all those clean gym clothes off if you decide to skip your morning workout!
