Lake District is area in the mountainous regions of northwestern England. It is above all very popular holiday destination, thanks to not only numerous lakes but also the beautiful mountains that surround it.
Most of the area includes Lake District Park established in 1951. It is the second largest park in Great Britain, and there you can find highest mountain and deepest lake in whole England. The road itself offers breathtaking views of the famous Ullswater and Air Force waterfall, which is especially exquisite to see after heavy rain.
