6. Jatiyo Smriti Soudho

Jatiyo Smriti Soudho also known as the National Martyrs’ Memorial is a national Bangladesh monument that symbolizes the courage of all those who gave their lives in the Bangladesh Liberation War in 1971. That’s the war that basically won Bangladesh their independence when they separated from Pakistan. The monument is very impressive, and looks even more impressive at night with the dramatic illumination.
