13. Pink Beach, Barbuda

Barbuda immediately evokes the exoticism and Pink beach confirms this image of the famous island. As you probably guessed, the beach is named after the incredible pink sand, and the great advantage of this island is that is really isolated.

Believe it or not, the diameter of the entire island is only 60 square kilometers and most of the tourists come by boat from the neighboring and much larger Antigua. If you decide to travel to this island do not forget your equipment for diving because the sea around Barbuda gives shelter to a colony of sea turtles that can be seen from June to October. Besides that you’ll be able to see other species characteristic to this part of the world.
