3. Frittata
Egg frittata is a perfect dish because it’s cheap, easy, healthy and you can add any ingredients you like! It can be a vegetable or meat frittata. This dish is baked in a skillet. For the tastiest frittata you need to warm olive oil at first, add onions and cook for 3-5 minutes for a better taste. Then add any vegetables you like (tomatoes, peppers, eggplants, zucchini etc.). Also you can add meat or sausages. Cook until ready. Make a mixture of eggs, milk and cheese, then pour this mixture over ingredients.
